Joe Gorman has over 35 years of real estate investment and mortgage experience. As co-founder of White Oak Holdings. Joe is responsible for the formation and management of relationships and alliances needed to be a growing successful concern.

Before the formation of White Oak Holdings, Joe was co-founder of C&G Capital Advisors. From 2009 to 2016,  C&G Capital Advisors raised from investors more than $50 million to source, acquire, renovate and sell more than 150 residential properties in Southern California.

Previously, Mr. Gorman was co-founder and served as CEO of South Lake Financial Inc. (“SLF”), a holding company formed in January of 2004, to acquire and manage mortgage-related companies. Those companies included a prime residential mortgage company (South Lake Mortgage Bankers), a subprime mortgage banking company (SLMC), a private commercial mortgage lending company (Bridge Capital), and a mortgage asset management company (South Lake Capital). In 2006, SLF raised more than $13MM to facilitate its plan of growth leading to an ultimate IPO and $38MM to acquire and manage more than 4,000 1st and 2nd mortgages with a face value of more than $114MM. The collateral was single-family residences located throughout the United States.

At its peak, South Lake Financial owned four mortgage-related companies having $100MM in mortgage banking credit facilities with more than 125 employees. Before SLF, Mr. Gorman was a retail Financial Advisor for Paine Webber and Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1984 to 1988.

Joe is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, two daughters, and 3 grandchildren. He is an avid golfer, and enjoys working out, being outdoors, and celebrating every day!

Harrison Gorman has worked in the real estate financing industry for over 8 years. As co-founder of White Oak Holdings, Harrison is responsible for managing day-to-day lending operations and compliance.

Before the formation of White Oak Holdings, Harrison worked as a loan officer at South Bay Equity Lending focusing on residential financing and also spent time working at Mansfield Equities as a loan officer in commercial funding.

Harrison is an auto enthusiast, Formula 1 fan, and an avid reader of all things non-fiction.

Harrison lives in Duarte, CA with his wife and daughter.

Haley Gorman is the Creative Director for White Oak Holdings with 10+ years of experience in complex graphic design applications. As White Oak’s creative director, Haley oversees White Oaks’ digital and material marketing efforts from conception to execution.

Prior to coming aboard White Oak, she was the Graphic Designer and Production Artist at Kicking Cow Promotions. Haley has also worked previously at Optimist International as the Graphics Coordinator.

Her other experiences include serving as the Graduate Assistant Graphic Designer at Lindenwood University where she graduated from the Digital and Multimedia Master’s Degree Program.

Previous to being at Lindenwood University, Haley was the Graphic Designer for the Southern Illinois University Athletic Department where she was also a student-athlete on the softball team. Haley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus in Graphic Design and a Minor in Art History.
